Enactment of the law on gambling regulation opened up new opportunities to develop legal Internet business in Ukraine for foreign gambling operators. What legal risks may gambling companies face if they opt to start online projects in the new market?

Since 2014, Alina has been engaged in development of the gambling legislation. She is a co-founder and board member of the Ukrainian Gaming Industry Association.
